For Strata Councils & Property Managers · Lower Mainland, BC
Muddy courtyards, worn boulevards, and tired entryways cost your strata the same irrigation, mowing, and repair budget every single year. Premium Grass Blades artificial turf ends that cycle across the Lower Mainland, with the documentation your council needs to approve it: a written scope, a budget estimate, and warranty terms in writing.

The Problem
If you manage a strata or rental property in the Lower Mainland, you already know the cycle. These are the four costs that repeat every year.
High-traffic common areas, dog relief corners, and the shortcuts residents actually take wear natural grass down to dirt. Every spring it needs reseeding, and every winter it is mud again.
Keeping shared lawns alive through summer means irrigation upkeep, water bills, and restrictions. It is a recurring line item that never goes away.
Weekly mowing, edging, aeration, fertilising, and cleanup. The contract renews every year, the cost creeps up, and the areas still look tired by February.
Capital projects stall when council cannot see the scope, the budget, and the warranty in one package. We build that package with you so the vote is straightforward.
After Installation
The watering line item disappears. No sprinklers to maintain, no summer restrictions to manage, no water bill for the lawn.
Weekly mowing, edging, and fertilising come off the budget. What remains is occasional debris removal and a brush-up of high-traffic lanes.
Ample drainage for our rainy climate means courtyards and dog areas stay usable through a wet BC winter instead of turning to mud.
Every building looks the same standard, every month of the year. Entryways, boulevards, and courtyards stay presentable without seasonal swing.
Built for British Columbia
Much of the turf on the market is stock product designed for warmer, drier climates. Ours is speced for BC from the start: virgin, traceable, third-party-tested materials rather than recycled low-cost imports, and a polypropylene plus polyurethane dual backing rather than a single backing, with ample drainage for our rainy climate.

Common Area Applications
The shared space everyone sees and nobody can keep alive. Turf keeps it green, drained, and usable all year.
First impressions for residents and buyers. A clean, consistent entrance with no seasonal die-off.
The strip nobody wants to mow. Turf ends the contract cost and the patchy look in one project.
Dense turf, zeolite infill, and a free-draining base. Hose it down, it dries fast, odour stays under control.
Installed over a proper drainage layer with detailed edges and drains. Turns bare concrete into usable amenity space.
